Please note that our practice cannot act on the basis of instructions or recommendations issued by another primary care provider (e.g. another GP practice, walk in clinic, or online doctor service)

Where a request originates from another primary care provider, an appointment will be required with one of our clinicians so that the matter can be assessed and managed appropriately within our practice.
